Quality Control

Quality Assurance methods have been integrated into our daily operation through the broad use of checklists, automated data collection systems, clearly defined job responsibilities and lines of accountability, tool and equipment pre/post job inspection guides and usage monitoring methods. 

Our operational procedures include Quality Control Inspections at multiple stages and include the requirement for signed off review/inspection of personnel and equipment assets by multiple positions before shipment. 

Defects discovered during the Q.C. inspection process are corrected and used by the accountable personnel to develop methods of prevention, rather than relying upon intervention as a “cure.”
